Although I was not directly involved in the transaction with Aaron, I was his point of contact for my father in selling his home. Given the saturation of the market in Spokane its hard to know who to trust. When I initially called Aaron about listing my dad's house, he came out, talked with us about the competition (other houses for sale), and how to price the house to be competitive. He was very thorough in asking my dad about why he liked the house and why he bought it. Aaron used this information to write the ads for the home, which ultimately brought in all the offers. Aaron was very up front about the offers we were getting, and advised us against a few offers that wouldn't be in our best interest. It was very clear he was putting our needs ahead of his commission. The home is now sold, and because of his advice on the offers we were getting we were able to keep $3500.00 more than anticipated. If you want a realtor who will put your needs ahead of his own, do yourself a favor and work with Aaron. My experience with Aaron was a pleasant one and would look forward to many other deals in the future. He was willing to help me in any way he could. I needed a list of expired listings and he got that out to me right away. He seems like he is a mover and a shaker and a very likeable guy to boot. I was really impressed with how many deals he did last year and I can see why, he really tries to come up with solutions to make any deal work. The house we were looking at got sold elsewhere but I would absolutely try him again in the future.
